I’m a nutrition graduate student, a foodie, a runner, a mom, and frankly, just pretty darn tired all the time. But, I love my complicated and crazy life, and I am excited about sharing information and news about nutrition with you. We all eat, and often many of us eat well, but we all don’t always eat RIGHT. Food is fuel. Food is culture. Food is family. Food is YUMMY. And it’s also so much more. But, food can work against us. So, let’s talk about how we can use food that we like (really, it doesn’t need to taste like cardboard!) to live healthy, happy, tasty lives!
